Refund policy

At Munchy Mood, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. However, due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we have implemented a strict return and refund policy to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and fairness for all our customers.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of genuine issues, such as:

    • Incorrect item received

    • Product damaged during transit

    • Faulty or compromised packaging

Please note: We do not entertain returns based on personal taste preferences or change of mind.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us through one of the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product (including the seal and issue)
  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If the return qualifies under our policy, we will provide the return address and next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping Guidelines

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • You may use any reliable courier service to return the product to the address shared after return approval.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier to ensure safe delivery.

💸 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund of 70% of the product cost.
  • Please note that original shipping and return courier charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Change of mind after opening or tasting

  • Products purchased as part of sales, bundles, or promotional discounts
