🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days
  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 working days
  • Smaller Towns & Remote Areas: 3–5 working days
  • Note: During periods of high demand such as sales, promotions, or national holidays, there may be slight delays in order delivery.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 200 applicable on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders above Rs. 2,499.

📦 Packaging & Product Safety

  • All products are securely packed in leak-proof, damage-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • In the unlikely event of transit damage or leakage, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.

🔁 Delivery Attempts & Re-shipping Policy

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
